Si chiama Megan Remy ma firma i dischi a nome US GIRLS. Crea il suo suono perturbante solo con un vecchio registratore a bobina, un microfono e qualche effetto: gli esperti la chiamano moan wave, crimson wave, hypnagogic pop. E' un karaoke subdolo con la sua voce che sembra uscire fantasma da un grammofono anni 30, dando armonie sixties a sfoglie soniche abrasive e inquietanti. Esce negli USA per la storica Siltbreeze, l'etichetta dei primi Sebadoh (tra gli altri!). Women take back the noise!
